Hagerman Valley Inn

Check-in was quick with friendly staff, and they even accommodated our late arrival due to car trouble. The outdoor amenities were a delight, especially the large jenga game and firepit. Personally, I found the bed comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the area, close to food options and scenic attractions. The air conditioning unit in our room was inadequate and struggled to keep the space cool. I noticed no lock on the window, which raised some security concerns. Despite these drawbacks, the friendliness of the staff and the cozy atmosphere were great.

The room was cozy and clean with comfortable beds. The bonus chocolate was a sweet touch! I appreciated the microwave and Keurig machine for a quick snack. Check-in was easy, and outdoor seating was nice. Definitely a solid choice for travelers!

Noisy plumbing and thin walls allowed sounds from other rooms to intrude. Uncomfortable soft mattress, inadequate toilet paper supply, and rickety stairs.

the ideal location made it easy for me to stroll to the hagerman fossil beds national monument and enjoy the great views at hagerman wildlife management area.

The location is great for access to hot springs and has a restaurant next door which serves delicious meals. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The outdoor lighting at night could be disturbing, and finding the front office was a little tricky upon arrival.

Finding the room was confusing due to misleading Google map directions!!! The AC unit barely cooled, and the bathroom design was cramped!!! Plus, inconsistency with room codes at check-in was frustrating!!!

I was really impressed by how clean and cozy the room was. They had these awesome outdoor fire pits to relax by after a long day. The small but nice deck was a great spot to unwind with friends in the evening. Just a heads up, the front desk was a bit hard to find when I first arrived, but it didn’t dampen my overall great experience! 😊

The double room was really comfy with clean sheets and a nice shower. I loved the unexpected chocolate treats left for us.
